we welcome kit and allie as our two new mods ! thanks to everyone who applied for it. there is a new rule under character creation in the rules thread, and it's been put in bold letters so you know what is new. it is a rule stating that for every two female characters you make, make the third a male. we're trying to keep the gender ratio balanced and guys are lacking. remember, if you're struggling to find inspiration for a male character, the wanted ad board has lots that need to be filled. congrats to the otms, as well! ♥

omg another update!!! but yeah, I put in 'quotes of the moment' at the top of every page under the cbox, and if you refresh the page, IT CHANGES. it's like, omg right? (: but I do need more quotes, so if you can PM those to me that'd be great! ♥

but on another note, in case you'd like to know what we've added to MtM the last few days: we have hosing now, in a separate board, and you can PM an admin to have your character's own house/subboard set up. We also added a solo threads board, as suggested by kit; where you can just RP with yourself. oh, and remember to nominate your otms!

we're working on a tonnn of stuff right now, because there was a ton of great suggestions; it's taking a bit to get to them all~ thanks for being patient, guys!

as of a few days ago, we're seven months old! (I love MtM birthdays hehe!) and today we have a premium cbox! the sign up sheet for the black knights (and the other organizations) are officially up, and there's a little (okay maybe it was a bit lenghty..) blurb describing everything. so I apologize for not getting a lot done today for the black knights, I was a bit busy! but, within the next few days you should expect to see the subboards up, a new plot update, and spiffy graphics for the black knight and resistance members. it's going to take us a little more time (a few more days, most likely) to come up with the specifics, (lol such as what we're going to call the mini black knights and the resistance. ideas, pm one of us!) but we're working on it! thank you all for being patient! <3

meanwhile, I have written up new quidditch rules; hopefully it's a lot less complicated than the last version (pheww), and there's a possibility that we might get a Ravenclaw/Hufflepuff game started soon. (: so yeah, check the rules out, I think this time around, it'd be a lot easier to understand!

oh hey, guess what I did for the last like, half hour? XD I added who plays who in each character's mini-profile. you're welcome! as suggested by kit and mickey, this would be super helpful, since we're growing so fast! that also means, while I was editing the mini-profiles, I have removed the avatars that exceed 150 in width. and since I put the names in super quickly and off memory (like a boss!), I would suggest double checking if I got you and your character right! PM me if it's not, and I apologize in advance. :3

finally, it's not too late to sign up for the treasure hunt, if you still would like to participate, but didn't get a chance to sign up. PM an admin, and we'll pair you up with someone while the event is going on! ♥

welcome to february, mtm! we have a lot in store for you this month, starting with the treasure hunt, where your characters are paired up with someone they may or may not like to find a hidden object. have fun searching! as well, there is a valentine's dance. better get asking your crush or they may be asked by somebody else first. also, have you seen the love letters that gossip witch has got hold of? she's showing them to everybody, see if your crush, or a secret admirer, has said something about you. happy february ♥

we now have a sub-plot board, under the plotting section of the forum. the relationship trackers board is now also under the plotting section. the open threads subboard is now a thread, and it's an announcement. if you have an open thread that you would like someone to take up, post in in that topic, and hopefully, someone will!

at this moment, we're also very low on guys and adults, ratio wise. Please create those types of characters!

and the most important update of all! we're closing the Christmas ball thread in two weeks. yes, two weeks! we will proceed with January RP month after that. this is just a heads up, so you get time to finish your Christmas threads!
